YSAP was started by a handful of friends who realized that taking pickleball too seriously is the fastest way to ruin it. We’re all about fun, friendship, and a healthy dose of self-deprecation. We’ve fully embraced the universal truth: no matter how good you think you are, sometimes you suck at pickleball. You’re going to hit one into the net, whiff a serve, develop a bad case of the “yips”, or get smoked by that one player who always has your number (you know the one!). 

But that’s OK, we’re not here to go pro! We’re here to laugh our a$$es off, play for hours on end, and search for that elusive winner that keeps you coming back again and again, no matter how bad you might suck today.

So whether you’re rocking our gear, repping the YSAP name, or just embracing the on-court chaos, you’re part of our crew. Because at the end of the day, if you suck at pickleball, you’re in the right place.
